Local Disposal Guide

Follow these guidelines for a smooth and efficient RMA process.

1. B2B Warranty Policy


Limited Warranty

Pulsar authorizes the Distributor to extend a 2-year product warranty to its customers as below:

  • Basic Warranty: 2 years from the production date.
  • Standard Warranty: 2 years from the date on the receipt.


Please Note: RMA for any product older than 5 years from its production date is not available, regardless of the purchase date.

Serial Number Guidance

There are three types of serial number structure, which are outlined below:

  • Type 1: Full format : T/YYMM/1234567
  • 'T' indicates the product type (M = Mouse, K = Keyboard, P = Pad).

    'YYMM' indicates the production year and month.

    '1234567' is the production sequence number.

  • Type 2: Middle format : 1234567
  • This is the production sequence number.

  • Type 3: Limited Edition : 0000-9999
  • This serial number is assigned to limited edition products.


    Please Note: Separate verification is required to confirm the production date for Type 2 and Type 3.

3. Detailed Process Guide

Collect Customer Claim

Click the Excel icon at the top to download the latest template. Collect customer claim details as thoroughly as possible.


Submit RMA Documents

Only one RMA request can be submitted per month. Collect all the information from the current month and submit it the following month. Name each folder according to the serial number. The following information is required for each unit:

  1. A video or photo clearly showing the serial number
  2. A video clearly showing the defect in the product


Confirmation

We will review the documents you have submitted and notify you of the outcome.


Disposal of Product

Please cut both the serial number label and the cable. To provide proof of disposal, kindly submit photos showing the cut parts alongside the product. For items without a serial label, please dispose of the unit and provide a photo as proof.

Option : Submit a certificate of destruction issued by an authorised waste disposal company. If a cost certificate is provided, the disposal cost can be included in the credit note.


Submit Proof of Disposal

Submit disposal photos or certificates for verification.


Recieve Credit Note

We will issue the credit note once the proof of disposal has been verified.


Mouse Disposal Guide

Cut off the mouse cord, rip off and cut the SN Sticker and save the picture for each item. Note that SN must be readable. 

Mouse Pad Disposal Guide

Cut the mouse pad in half, save the picture, ensure to show the logo and product name.

Disposal Certificate

Provide a valid disposal certification for all disposed goods.
